OOOOOH, harðfiskur! :) I bought several packs of that, bread and brie and sweet coffee in a café in the town square near the current Alþingi (Government House) and the Skate Park…. these pictures remind me of that time.
It’s funny how no one realizes that the water in Iceland really is that color!
Thank you so much for bringing me back. I can’t wait until part 5!
Wow, I really love the vibrant colors of your pictures. I recently worked with an Icelandic photographer (have you heard of Saga Sig?) and she kept telling me how wonderful Reykjavik is for a city trip. Seeing your pictures now is a reminder I am definitely missing out on something.
Your photos are so stunning! Stumbled along your blog by accident and it’s gorgeous. Was just going to ask what camera/lens combo you use, then saw the first comment- guess you get that a lot, haha.
such beautiful pictures… u really got the eye of details! It shows in your illustration too! I’m so enchanted by what you do that I have gotta add you in my Bloglovin’! And i’m doing that now!!!

Ah, of course! The lens is the main thing, 50mm 1.2/1.4/1.8 will do the trick. x
