SO absolutely breathtaking… I’d love to know more about your trip – about the culture, the food, nightlife if you partook… Iceland is in my top 5 places to visit ASAP!

Ever since visiting New Zealand last year and seeing all the sulphur parks I have been FASCINATED with all this stuff – it is so incredibly beautiful and alien – and your photos really do capture how awe-inspiring it all is!!!
wooooooow! totally amazing! your photos are so great. oooh, can’t wait to see all that in ten days! now you made me so excited i probably can’t sleep tonight. or dream of iceland…
Oh these are so delightful! I hope there’s at least one more part to this series coming!
And I second Nicolette’s request! Please please post your itinerary. I want to see these things too :) Did you go with a group or set it up yourself? It must have been magical :)
So jealous! I can even believe that geysers exist – such a incredible natural phenomenon! I’m putting that on my list now. And the landscape is so beautiful, and great photos :)
I love the colors you got. It’s funny that people don’t even believe that Iceland truly is that saturated and colorful without much Photoshop adjustment.
Great photo of Strokkur erupting! We got a few, but it was raining so hard, it was difficult to stay there too long to get more exploring done.
Did you enjoy any Skyrr? My husband will only eat that now, and we have to buy it for $3USD at the fancy market, because he is obsessed.
Absolutely gorgeous!! My mom lived there for a bit growing up and these photos remind me of hers. :) Hope you’re having tons of fun! You make me want to go to there.
Lovely Kris, really nice! Makes me really want to go to Iceland now.
I just got back from the Sierra Nevada mountains in Spain (& Gibraltar too) and I’m about to start going through my photos, so this post was a nice little boost of inspiration, so thankyou!

BOooooooooooooooooootiful photography, the blue is such a start contrast to the copper red, and I love how you catch texture and bits like that…

Such a coincidence that I took a nearly identical photo (Geysir close up) when I was there, but on a much cloudier day it seems:
