Did you go to the level? There was a HUGE snowball fight, epic levels you wouldn’t believe. Wish I went to the seafront it looks beautiful, gorgeous pictures!
I cannot get over how beautiful these photographs are -he first photo and the photo of the lamps in front of the sea are my favorites but of course they’re all amazing. Also, I’m completely jealous of your weather – here in Texas it was probably around 60°F.
I feel like there is very little I love more than a real-life icicle. Great photos, as always – can’t wait for the snow to hit Bridgetown (I say this now and will likely be moaning later!).
Your photos are beautiful! I can’t imagine what it would be like to spend the day amongst so much snow and at the seaside too. I live in New Zealand and it snows very little accept in the mountains. I hope you got some gingerbread. x
yay for snow day! its so lovely to see these pictures. (i’m from brighton but since this year have been living in vienna. although we have snow here too its so nice to see pictures of these familiar scenes. i really miss the sea).
Loving the white snow merging on the sea, beautiful images!
I should take the train to Brighton for a day trip, been in London for a while and haven’t seen the sea in too long :)
x
Thank you! The vignetting is just from the wide aperture, most of these are shot at about 1.4-1.8. I don’t use any hoods or filters or anything, I’m pretty low maintenance in that respect! x
Brighton looks like a Christmas fairy tale! So beautiful, and I love all the details you photograph. Here in Sweden the snow goes up to my knees, and my dog gets stuck in it all the time.
Aw I’ve never been to Brighton in winter, only on sticky summer days, so it’s really interesting to see it in it’s snow outfit! Such beautiful photographs, all the colours contrasting with the white are lovely. x
These photos are simply beautiful. I’m spending New Year’s Eve in Brighton this year and this has got me very excited indeed! Have you any recommendations for where to go?
I wish I had visited Brighton when I had the chance! These photos are beautiful; I’m usually not a fan of snow, but this captures the magic of snow well!
This is so enchanting, so charming. These pictures make me feel all “Christmas-y” inside.
Brighton looks absolutely gorgeous in the snow. And that “Snow dog” bounding about in a winter coat is absolutely adorable! I love “snow dogs” (dogs that LOVE the snow). Mine is a snow Bear.
Those photos are absolutely amazing! It must be freezing in Brighton with the winds!

You’ve just made me miss Brighton so much that I’ve been magically teleported, forgetting I’m really in the middle of a snowless Times Square in New York City.
oh my goodness .. i left my heart in Brighton many years ago .. & there it is, snowy as I had never seen it! (I’ve been more than once, but always in summer) I love it so much more!!!
I came across your picture (which led me to your blog) on pintrest while looking for Brighton Jewelry. Where exactly is Brighton? It looks like such a beautiful place! Is is located in England? This surely looks like a place I would love to add to my bucket list!
