Kris Atomic

I’m working flat out on a picture book for uni and the Macmillan prize at the moment. These are just some sketches of the characters in their environment, today I’m working on getting the whole story board laid out. 32 pages! This is so much harder than I though it would be. I’m writing my own story, trying to make it appeal to children while still looking good/like me and attempting to avoid stereotypical representations of gender roles via the girl and boy mice. I’m a feminist, these things matter.
