    Not quite handheld, propped up on walls and stuff. Could have done with a cable release and a tripod really, but what can you do!

    They’re just very long exposures, this gives a decent overview if you’re interested in knowing more – http://www.aputure.com/blog/2011/03/04/long-exposure-night-photography-tutorial/
    You should really use a tripod, but I didn’t on this occasion as this wasn’t really planned. You can just prop the camera on a wall or something.
