Haha..your words remind me of the song”San Francisco” by Hello Saferide…Like she was singing,”Winter’s been real long this year
I know, cause I’ve been there
Summer never seemed to come along
and when it did, it felt all wrong”
Lovely!
I went ahead and bought the x100 too (was hoping to get the Leica M8, but to be honest after using both the x100 made more sense regardless of price). Love seeing your photos from it – so nice.
Maybe we can finally have a meet up this summer with our cameras if I’m moved back to London ok.

These are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I missed my chance to take photos of the blossoms here in NY, and most have already fallen by now. That second photo from the bottom is my favorite. The lighting in that shot and the colors — wow. Thank you for sharing! Wouldn’t mind living near a place called Cherry Tree House one day.
such beautiful photographs ~ i have a tree in blossom outside my front window, but it looks a little forlorn against the rain at the moment ~ can’t wait for the sunshine to return
I wander where you can take so many beautiful photos.Oh yes, they are so colorful&adorable!:) As the summer is coming, will you also take a ”Summer Daily”?Haha…
I'm Kristina and I live by the sea in Brighton and work as a freelance illustrator. I dig cats, sequins, the internet, Nancy Mitford, cream teas, the Pre-Raphaelites and naps among other things.
This blog is a medley of drawings, photos and anything else I find pleasing to the eye.
These are gorgeous! I feel all spring-like now and it’s pouring outside again, boohoo!
