
So happy that I stumbled on Philip Govedare’s incredible landscape paintings, a flawless combination of abstract and realistic (and unbelievable colours). They kind of remind me of being in a helicopter again, but without all the nausea. I recommend going to his site and seeing them nice and big!

Oh my gosh, how stunning! So rich in color, these are just beautiful–I love the sense of depth… I think the 3rd down is my favorite.

The landscapes remind me of a combination of Iceland and the Southwest half of the United States… like Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada… all the rich reds and blue cutting through it…
