So I’m back

July 24th, 2008

My blogging from St Petersburg was brought to a screeching halt when the hotel’s internet didn’t work on my laptop. Without an internet connection I am basically a wreck by day four, so this was pretty terrible. It also means that I now have 21gb of photographs to sort through. 21gb!!! Expect a lot of Russia updates for the next week or so.
In other news, I got a kitten! That’s a story for another day though :).

Was wondering where you’d been! Looking forward to the Russia photos – I’m off on my own travels (although slighty more Western than yours) tomorrow and could definately do with some creative travel inspiration!

Can’t wait to see pictures of your kitten. Have you named him/her yet? That’s rubbish about the internet connection but on the other hand 21gb of photos?! Do you delete any or keep everything? Lovely photos.

    Her name is Matilda!
I deleted anything that was useless (bad exposures, blurry, doubles) but I keep everything else. You never know what you might need! x

You get back from your trip and the first thing you do is buy a baby cat?

Oh no, I’ve been waiting for her to be old enough to come home with me for ages! I saw her for the first time at four weeks old and she’s about 14 weeks now :)
