Atomic Book Club?

May 25th, 2008

If I’ve got one shopping weakness, it’s books. I find it nearly impossible to resist a book buying opportunity. I have no regrets though, a book is never a waste! As well as piles of novels that I buy faster than I can read, I like art/illustration/design/fashion/photography books that sadly end up spending most of their time on the shelf. So I thought I’d start posting some of my favourites and rediscover some goodies, as well as give you some inspiration for arty books.
Incidentally, Book By Its Cover does this kind of thing much more regularly and intricately than I ever could, so do visit there too.

One of my latest purchases is Illustration Play published by Victionary (their images of the book are here actually) ISBN: 978-9889822934. There’s more info and the names of illustrators covered here. It’s a fun book, the work-in-progress photos and interviews are a nice addition.
